Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed (rind removed)

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt (xylitol-free; Greek or regular)

How To Make

  1. Prep the watermelon: Remove rind and any seeds. Cut into cubes.

  2. Blend: Add watermelon and yogurt to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Mold: Pour the mixture into bone-shaped silicone molds (or ice cube trays).

  4. Freeze: Place molds flat in the freezer for 3–4 hours, or until solid.

  5. Serve: Pop out a treat and watch the happy dance.
