Let cool completely before serving.

(Always adjust based on your dog’s size, activity level, and diet.)
The first time I baked these treats, my dog sat by the oven the entire time, nose twitching with every warm, coconut-sweet smell that drifted through the kitchen. When they finally cooled, I handed one over—and the reaction said everything. Tail wagging, happy little crunches, and that look dogs give you when they’re convinced you’re the best human on earth. Now, every time I pull out a sweet potato, my dog magically appears at my feet, hopeful and patient. These treats have become our small ritual—simple, homemade, and full of love. Watching my dog enjoy something I made with my own hands never gets old.
