1 cup pumpkin purée (plain, unsweetened – not pumpkin pie filling)
2 large eggs
2 ½ cups oat flour (or finely blended rolled oats)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, dog-safe)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin purée, eggs, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
Gradually add the oat flour and cinnamon, stirring until a soft, pliable dough forms.
Roll the dough out to about ½-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to cut out treats and place them on the baking tray.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, until the treats are set but still soft in the center.
Allow to cool completely before serving to your dog.
Store treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months and thaw as needed.
Always check for spoilage before serving.
