Ingredients

  • 1 cup pure pumpkin purée (unsweetened, no spices)

  • 2½ cups whole wheat flour (or oat flour for a gentler option)

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

How To Make

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin purée, egg, and peanut butter until smooth.

  3. Gradually add flour (and cinnamon if using), stirring until a stiff dough forms.

  4. Roll dough on a floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.

  5. Cut into bone shapes (or any fun shape you like).

  6. Place treats on the baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, until firm and lightly browned.
