18 Dog Treats
1 cup cooked plain white or brown rice (fully cooled)
½ cup pure pumpkin purée (unsweetened, no spices)
1 large egg
1½ cups oat flour (or finely ground oats)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, melted)
1–2 tablespoons water (only if needed for dough consistency)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the cooked rice until slightly sticky.
Add pumpkin purée, egg, and coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
Gradually stir in oat flour until a soft, rollable dough forms. Add a little water if the dough feels too dry.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes or your favorite cookie cutter designs.
Place treats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving to your dog.
