2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon parsley (dried or fresh, finely chopped)

½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your smoker to 180–200°F.
