2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (plain, no seasoning)
1 cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
1 large egg
2 tablespoons plain unsweetened pumpkin purée
1–2 tablespoons water or low-sodium chicken broth (as needed)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
