1 egg
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2–3 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat the oven to 175°C / 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, pumpkin puree, egg, and applesauce until smooth.
Add dry ingredients: Stir in the flour and cinnamon. Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is dry, add a little water.
Roll the dough: Lightly flour a surface and roll the dough to about ½ cm thickness.
Cut shapes: Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter for festive treats.
Bake: Place treats on the baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes until firm.
