1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
½ cup pure pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
¼ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 egg
1–2 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend the oats in a food processor until they resemble coarse flour.
Mix the oat flour, pumpkin purée, peanut butter, and egg in a bowl until combined.
Adjust dough by adding water one tablespoon at a time until the dough is firm but rollable.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut shapes using a bone-shaped cookie cutter (or any shape you like).
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
