1 cup pure pumpkin purée (unsweetened, not pumpkin pie filling)
1 cup coconut flour
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, dog-safe in small amounts)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin purée, eggs, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
Gradually add coconut flour and stir until a soft, workable dough forms.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
