Ingredients

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

  • 2½–3 cups old-fashioned oats (or oat flour)

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

How To Make

    1. In a medium bowl, mix the pumpkin purée and peanut butter until smooth.

    2. Stir in the oats (or oat flour) a little at a time until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.

    3. Sprinkle in cinnamon if using and mix well.
