Ingredients

  • 1 cup pure pumpkin purée (100% pumpkin, no spices or sweeteners)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, xylitol-free)

  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

  • ¼ cup water (optional, for thinner consistency)

How To Make

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin purée, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter.

  2. Stir until smooth and fully blended. Add water if needed to thin the mixture.

  3. Spoon the mixture into bone-shaped silicone molds.

  4. Tap molds gently to remove air bubbles and smooth the tops.

  5. Place molds in the freezer for 3–4 hours or until fully frozen.

  6. Remove from molds and serve immediately or store for later.

How To Store

Store frozen treats in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag. Keep them frozen for up to 2 months for best freshness and flavor. Always thaw slightly before serving if treats are very hard.
