1 cup ground turkey
½ cup canned pumpkin (plain, unsweetened)
1 large egg
1 ½ cups oat flour (or finely ground oats)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, pumpkin, egg, and olive oil until well combined.
Gradually stir in the oat flour until a soft, workable dough forms.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to cut out treats and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the treats are firm and lightly golden.
Allow the treats to cool completely before serving to your dog.
Store the treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
For longer storage, freeze the treats for up to 3 months and thaw as needed.
