1 cup natural peanut butter (unsalted, xylitol-free)
2 cups whole wheat flour (or oat flour for sensitive stomachs)
2 eggs
¼ cup water (add more if dough is too dry)
Preheat the oven to 175°C / 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl: peanut butter, eggs, flour, and water. Stir until a firm dough forms.
Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface until smooth.
Roll out the dough to about ½ cm (¼ inch) thick.
Cut into shapes using a bone-shaped cookie cutter or any shape you like.
Place treats on baking sheet leaving a little space between them.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and firm.
Cool completely before serving to your dog.
Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks for longer freshness.
