1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups rolled oats
1 egg
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
½ cup oat flour or whole wheat flour (if dough needs thickening)
Preheat the oven to 175°C / 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend the oats in a blender or food processor until they form a coarse flour (or use oat flour).
Mix ingredients in a large bowl: peanut butter, applesauce, egg, and cinnamon.
