Not only are they incredibly easy to make, but they're also made from whole, healthy ingredients you already have in your kitchen. Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions:
Mix everything in a bowl until smooth.
Pour into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
Freeze for at least 3 hours.
Pop out and serve!
