1 cup mashed cooked sweet potatoes
2 cups oat flour
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 large egg
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, applesauce, egg, and melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
Gradually stir in oat flour and cinnamon until a dough forms.
Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to cut out treats.
Place treats on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, until firm.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer freshness, refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
