2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2–4 tablespoons water (as needed)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Add the egg and applesauce, stirring until combined.
Slowly add water, one tablespoon at a time, until a firm dough forms.
Roll out the dough to about ¼-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
