¼ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 egg
2–3 tablespoons water (as needed for dough consistency)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a blender or food processor, puree the blueberries until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and rolled oats.
Add peanut butter, egg, and blueberry puree. Mix until a dough forms.
Add water 1 tablespoon at a time if the dough is too dry.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
