  • ½ cup unsweetened pumpkin purée
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (unsweetened, xylitol-free)
  • 1–3 tablespoons water (as needed for dough consistency)

How To Make

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sourdough discard, pumpkin purée, egg, and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms. Add water if needed.
  4. Roll out the dough to about ½ cm thickness.
