1 cup oat flour
½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
½ cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
1 egg
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon finely grated carrot (optional for extra nutrients)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl: peanut butter, pumpkin puree, egg, and applesauce until smooth.
