1 cup natural peanut butter (unsalted and xylitol-free)
1 cup pumpkin purée (plain, not pie filling)
2 ½ cups whole wheat flour
1 egg
2–4 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl: peanut butter, pumpkin purée, and egg until smooth.
Add the flour gradually and mix until a dough forms.
