Some days, I don’t even want to turn on the oven — and Espresso still wants his treat. This is our go-to. It’s quick, clean, no heat required, and takes under 10 minutes.
Plus, it’s a great summer snack and perfect for busy days. And best of all? Espresso thinks I’m a genius.

These treats are soft, freezer-friendly, and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup xylitol-free peanut butter (natural, unsweetened)
1 ripe banana (mashed)
1 1/4 cups rolled oats (or oat flour for softer texture)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Roll into bite-sized balls or press into silicone molds.
Freeze for 30–60 minutes until firm.
Store in freezer or fridge.
Optional Add-In: 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce for a softer texture
