Why I Love This No-Bake Treat for Espresso

Some days, I don’t even want to turn on the oven — and Espresso still wants his treat. This is our go-to. It’s quick, clean, no heat required, and takes under 10 minutes.

Plus, it’s a great summer snack and perfect for busy days. And best of all? Espresso thinks I’m a genius.
