Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup xylitol-free peanut butter

• 1 cup oat flour or ground oats

• 1/4 cup plain applesauce or mashed banana

Instructions (Bake Option):

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix all ingredients into a dough.

3. Roll into balls or flatten and cut with small cookie cutter.

4. Bake 15–18 minutes until edges are golden.

5. Cool before storing.
