½ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup plain pumpkin purée
1 large egg
1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 small carrot, finely grated
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (for drizzle or dip)
Blueberries and apple slices (for board decoration)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix applesauce, pumpkin purée, egg, coconut oil, and peanut butter until smooth.
Add oat flour and grated carrot. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thick.
Cut into bone shapes using a cookie cutter.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 22–25 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
