1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 small banana
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
¼ cup water (as needed for blending)
Add cranberries, banana, yogurt, and peanut butter to a blender.
Blend until smooth, adding water if needed for a thick but pourable texture.
Pour mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
Pop out and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Keep treats in a freezer-safe airtight container for up to 3 months. For best flavor and texture, avoid repeated thawing and refreezing.
