The first time these treats came out of the oven, the warm peanut butter and cranberry aroma drifted through the kitchen. Curious paws padded closer, followed by an expectant nose pressed gently against my leg. I offered one small bone, and it disappeared in seconds—crunch, pause, tail wag, crunch again.
From that day on, those same bright eyes appear whenever the baking sheet comes out. There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a dog enjoy something made with love, knowing exactly what’s inside. These treats have become more than snacks—they’re part of our routine, a small ritual of care and connection. Seeing that happy anticipation reminds me why homemade is always worth it.
