  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

How To Make

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut flour and shredded coconut.
  3. Add the egg, melted coconut oil, water, and chopped mint.
  4. Stir until a dough forms (add a little more water if too dry).
  5. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  6. Cut into bone shapes using a cookie cutter.
  7. Place on the baking tray and bake for 18–22 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
