1 cup cooked and mashed butternut squash
1 large egg
1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
½ cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine mashed butternut squash, egg, and peanut butter.
Stir in oat flour and cinnamon until a soft dough forms.
Roll dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes or desired forms.
Place treats on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 28–30 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving.
Store cooled treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
