1 cup finely grated carrots
½ cup finely chopped celery
1 cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 large egg
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2–3 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine grated carrots, chopped celery, egg, applesauce, and olive oil.
Stir in oat flour and whole wheat flour until a dough forms.
Add water a tablespoon at a time if dough feels dry.
