1 egg
2–4 tablespoons water (as needed)

In a large bowl, combine flour and oats.
Add peanut butter, grated carrot, and egg. Mix well.
Slowly add water, one tablespoon at a time, until a soft dough forms.
Roll dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.

Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
