1 cup unsweetened applesauce (no added sugar or xylitol)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, unflavored)
2 cups oat flour (or finely ground rolled oats)
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, dog-safe in small amounts)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the applesauce, Greek yogurt, and egg. Stir until smooth.
Gradually add the oat flour (and cinnamon if using) and mix until a soft dough forms.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to cut out treats.
Place treats on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
Let treats cool completely before serving to your dog.
Store treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
For longer storage, freeze treats for up to 3 months.
Thaw at room temperature before serving.
Small dogs: 1 treat per day
Medium dogs: 1–2 treats per day
