18 Dog Treats
1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt (no xylitol or artificial sweeteners)
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
In a medium bowl, add the yogurt, applesauce, and peanut butter.
Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Spoon the mixture into silicone molds (bone-shaped molds work best).
Gently tap the molds on the counter to remove air bubbles.
Place the molds in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
Once frozen, pop the treats out of the molds and serve to your pup.
Store the treats in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Keep them frozen until serving to maintain their shape and texture. If left at room temperature, they will soften quickly.
Small dogs: ½–1 treat
Medium dogs: 1–2 treats
Large dogs: 2 treats
Always monitor your dog when introducing new treats and adjust portion sizes as needed.
