18 Dog Treats
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 large egg
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup oat flour (or finely blended rolled oats)
2–3 tablespoons water (as needed for dough consistency)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a blender or food processor, blend the blueberries until mostly smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberry purée, egg, and applesauce. Stir until well mixed.
Gradually add the oat flour, mixing until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. Add water one tablespoon at a time if needed.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes (or any shape you like) and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set but still soft to the touch.
Let the treats cool completely before serving to your pup.
Store treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months and thaw as needed.
