1 cup cooked sweet potato (mashed, no skin)
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1½ cups oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
1 egg
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, melted)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mash the cooked sweet potato until smooth.
Add the blueberries and gently mash them into the sweet potato.
Mix in the egg and coconut oil until fully combined.
Gradually add the oat flour, stirring until a soft, workable dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes (or any shape you like) and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the treats are firm and lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving to your dog.
Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
For longer freshness, refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Freeze for up to 3 months and thaw as needed.
Small dogs: 1 treat per day
Medium dogs: 1–2 treats per day
Large dogs: 2–3 treats per day
