Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • ½ cup plain unsweetened yogurt

  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

How To Make

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a blender or food processor, puree the blueberries until smooth.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, yogurt, coconut oil, and honey until a soft dough forms.

  4. Gently swirl the blueberry puree into the dough—do not fully mix to keep the swirl effect.

  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.

  6. Cut into bone shapes (or any shape you like) and place on the baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.

  8. Let treats cool completely before serving.

Store the treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months and thaw as needed.
