12 quail eggs
1 cup oat flour
½ cup mashed sweet potato
2 tablespoons plain unsweetened yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Crack quail eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly.
Add mashed sweet potato, yogurt, and olive oil. Mix until smooth.
Gradually stir in oat flour until a soft dough forms.
Roll dough to about ¼-inch thickness and cut into bone shapes.
Place treats on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 22–25 minutes or until firm and lightly golden.
Cool completely before serving.
Store cooled treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For longer storage, freeze in a sealed freezer bag for up to 3 months.
