  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 2½ cups oat flour (or finely ground oats)

  • 1 large egg

How To Make

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin purée, melted coconut oil, egg, and turmeric. Stir until smooth.

  3. Gradually add the oat flour, mixing until a soft, workable dough forms.
