18 Dog Treats
1 cup pumpkin purée (100% pure pumpkin, not pie filling)
2½ cups rolled oats (old-fashioned oats work best)
1 egg
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, but dog-safe and cozy)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the rolled oats to a food processor or blender and pulse until they form a coarse flour.
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin purée, egg, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
Gradually mix in the oat flour until a soft, workable dough forms.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes (or any fun shape you like!) and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the treats are firm and lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving to your pup.
Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks for extra freshness.
Freeze for up to 3 months—just thaw before serving.
Small dogs: 1 treat per day
Medium dogs: 1–2 treats per day
