1 cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened, canned or homemade)
¼ cup raw honey
1 large egg
2½ cups whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin purée, honey, and egg until smooth.
Gradually add flour and cinnamon, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Roll dough out to about ¼-inch thickness on a floured surface.
Cut into bone or desired shapes and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
Allow treats to cool completely before serving.
Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months and thaw as needed.
