1 cup canned pumpkin (100% pure pumpkin, unsweetened)
½ cup coconut flour
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, eggs, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
Add coconut flour and cinnamon. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Let the dough rest for 3–5 minutes to thicken.
Roll dough between two sheets of parchment to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes or small squares.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 22–25 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
Cool completely before serving.
Store treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months and thaw as needed.
