1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
2 eggs
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
¾ cup coconut flour
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potato, eggs, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
Gradually stir in coconut flour, adding shredded coconut and cinnamon if using.
Mix until a soft, workable dough forms.
Roll dough out to about ¼-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
Cut into bone or desired shapes and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving.
