2 cups oat flour
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 large egg
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon dried peppermint (or finely chopped fresh peppermint leaves)
2–4 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oat flour and peppermint.
Add applesauce, egg, and melted coconut oil. Mix until dough forms.
Gradually add water until dough is soft but not sticky.
Roll dough to ¼-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
Cut into bone shapes using a cookie cutter.
Place treats on baking sheet and bake for 22–25 minutes until lightly golden.
Cool completely before serving.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
