1 cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups oat flour (or finely ground oats)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 large egg
1–2 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, applesauce, and egg until smooth.
