1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 small apple, finely grated
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 large egg
2 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix applesauce, grated apple, cinnamon, egg, and melted coconut oil until well combined.
Gradually add whole wheat flour and rolled oats, stirring until a soft dough forms.
