1 ripe banana
½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
½ cup plain, unsweetened yogurt (Greek or regular)
Optional: 1–2 tablespoons rolled oats (for extra texture)
Peel the banana and mash it thoroughly in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add the peanut butter and yogurt to the mashed banana.
Stir until all ingredients are fully combined into a creamy mixture.
Spoon the mixture into bone-shaped silicone molds (or ice cube trays).
Place the molds in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
Remove from molds and serve as a cool, refreshing treat.
Store the treats in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag in the freezer for up to 2 months. Keep frozen and only take out what you plan to serve to maintain freshness and texture.
