Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

  • ½ cup plain, unsweetened yogurt (Greek or regular)

  • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons rolled oats (for extra texture)

How To Make

  1. Peel the banana and mash it thoroughly in a mixing bowl until smooth.

  2. Add the peanut butter and yogurt to the mashed banana.

  3. Stir until all ingredients are fully combined into a creamy mixture.

  4. Spoon the mixture into bone-shaped silicone molds (or ice cube trays).

  5. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully set.

  6. Remove from molds and serve as a cool, refreshing treat.

How To Store
