1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
½ cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 large egg
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Add pumpkin puree, applesauce, egg, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
Gradually mix in oat flour and cinnamon to form a soft dough.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.

Place treats on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm.
