1 cup oat flour
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1 medium carrot, finely grated
1 egg
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix applesauce, peanut butter, egg, and honey until smooth.
Stir in grated carrot and cinnamon.
Gradually add oat flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Roll dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into bone shapes and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
