½ cup pure pumpkin purée (not pie filling)
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
2 tablespoons finely chopped spinach or parsley
2 tablespoons rolled oats
Add Greek yogurt, pumpkin purée, banana, and peanut butter to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in chopped spinach (or parsley) and rolled oats.
Spoon the mixture into bone-shaped silicone molds.
Tap molds gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
Place in the freezer for 3–4 hours or until fully solid.
