1 cup oat flour
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
1 large egg
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint or dried mint
1–2 tablespoons water (as needed)
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oat flour and shredded coconut.
Add melted coconut oil, egg, applesauce, and mint. Mix until a dough forms.
If dough is too dry, add water one tablespoon at a time.
Roll dough to about ¼-inch thickness and cut into bone shapes.
Place treats on baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes, until lightly golden.
Cool completely before serving.
Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, refrigerate up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
